Sometimes its cheaper to buy a new bench than to change the wood to teak. Many of these benches are sold with Oak, Eucalypus, or Cumaru wood cut too thin to begin with.

The leaf for my table arrived today, and it looks amazing!!!
I'm so happy with it. You guys did a great job. I will definitely need to let
it age, and then I will oil it and finish it off, but I'm very happy with the
grain pattern and I think it's going to be perfect. I'll send you a picture
